At Uppsala University Hospital, in the brain-injury section of the neurological department, patients needed clearly identifiable art objects for their surroundings. Figurative blooming flowers with roots were fabricated, and presented in a way that defined a horizontal line of over and under. The artwork is inserted between glass panes in wall partitions, where it also provides some privacy for offices and other areas.
